Mt. Lassen Charter School

Hi 5th grade families,

 

Fifth Grade Day in the Desert is here....October 23, 2024.  Attached you will find the parent letter describing the day and what your student will need for the day.   5th grade day is a yearly event sponsored by Lassen County Office of Education in coordination with BLM and Lassen County Environmental Education Collaborative.  We plan to meet or pick up kids around 8:45 am and be finished around 2:00 pm.  If you would like your student to attend, you MUST fill out the student permission form (attached) and return to either your teacher or me (hmagarrell@fortsage.org).  We will provide transportation, if needed, to those students who arrange for it.  Please let your teacher know if you need a ride or you plan to meet us.  In addition, if you need a sack lunch, please let us know, ASAP.  Any questions, feel free to contact our school office at 530-251-1600.
